a quick flick through the woods with Dan, another injury for me (pulled back attempting a wheelie FFS!!) trails running dry and sweetly. We had a chance encounter with a rider at the cafe (hi Simon) who said he'd read this blog! fame at last. More worryingly he remembered me from school, he must have a good memory, that was a looong time ago. My back had stiffened up considerably after sitting for half an hour chin wagging and it was quite painful to continue but keeping moving was the best thing so more woodland trails then over the railway and home. It's not until you step off the bike at home you realise quite how painful walking was compared to riding. So, another set back to full recovery and not a good end to a month of accidents and injuries
