after pulling my back yesterday and a day of fitted wardrobe building today i was desperate to get out for a ride. Taking the rigid singlespeed might not have been the best idea even with the enormous front 2.4 Ardent tyre it was a very jarring ride and having to pound the pedals did put a strain and towards the end of the ride I was beginning to regret it. Maybe I'll leave it a day or so before the next ride and keep it smooth on the road
