Dan & I had a free day and just went for a play in the woods like the big kids we are, we took in the new found trail a lot of the old ones and then there was the suggestion of lunch at a pub, it was pretty humid and so the lure of a cold drink was too great to resist as was a bowl of chips! after a second pint (shandy of course!) Dan had to go home for an appointment so i ploughed on over the Tardebigge tunnel and down the canal on the other side and into the valley before attempting to burn off the lunch time calories with the long climb to home
