today, after yesterdays tumble onto my head I felt a bit woozy in the morning but that seemed to pass and i was left with a very sore arm, shoulder and back, all injured in the fall. However with rain forecast for tomorrow i felt i needed to get out. So will a bit of and effort and a wince with pain i threw my leg over the road bike and went for a spin to see if everything still worked. I needn't have worried as the further i went the better it seemed but i didn't want to push my luck and just did a short ride. Verdict-sore but able to pedal on the road.
