so after the trial run yesterday @charlottetcr and I went a bit further today, we still had cake and coffee though and did a good mix of climbing and descending, i even set off a 30mph speed warning camera at one point! there was even a bit of gentle gravel off roading.
we also stopped to watch the local radio controlled car racing at the Frankley track, amazingly fast petrol powered cars getting huge air and the cornering grip was astounding!
legs felt fine, climbing caused a bit of a twinge but otherwise good, so all good, recovery on track
