after the climbing fest of Malvern i took a couple of hours rest then headed back out for some lunch, Over the Cols of Lickey and Waseley in the sunshine and up to the high point of clent and the very busy cafe there, then back down into the valley and the climb of the col du television before the final climb to home, so quite a lot of climbing but a geat way to spend Sunday. now for a beer!
