solo ride

with txts unreplied too and others ill or working late today's ride ended as a solo via Dodford, timberhonger, wychbold, stoke works, prior and aston fields trying to use as much off road along the way. legs were very tired after a lot of riding last week and commuting this week so playing about taking the "danger panda" on quiet lanes was a welcome relief.
bees must be recovering from the population decline of last year as i think I've been hit by about 5 in the last few rides, there seem to be loads of them about, I hope they are on their way back.
The longer i roade the better i felt though so it must be good for you!
