with a fixed hub bearing i can now back pedal without the rear cassette binding and bunching the chain up, it's amazing how you take this for granted and really miss it when it doesn't happen, not to mention how annoying it is! really didn't have the legs tonight as i'd been feeling under the weather all day, but i persevered and ploughed on over The Lickeys and The Waseleys and i realised i passed last years total mileage on this ride.
