just enough time for a ride, some cake and a cuppa before a huge day for British cycling in The Tour de France as the final mountain stage looms and Bradley Wiggins is in a strong position. anyway, back to the ride, it was quite windy and the original plan was to ride to Evesham but to try and avoid the exposed roads i turned towards Inkberrow hoping to find a way to go via The Lenches. i'd turned to early and couldn't find a way through without a very long detour so I headed for roads I know, passing through Bradley Green and eventually The Jinny Ring for the all important cake. i got home about 3 minutes after the coverage started. so all was well!
