i the last ride blog i hoped the hot weather continued and it did! i've been away fro a week on a non biking holiday and today was my first ride since getting home yesterday, i was so hot i had to leave the ride until later in the day i think i'd have got heatstroke if i'd been out in the full heat. As it was i had to have the jersey open up the climbs just to attempt to keep cool. the trails have dried out remarkably since last week and have now reached a Spring like state, not exactly summer as in parts away from the sun's reach it is still very gloopy, but where the sun has penetrated it's bone dry and even dusty in places!
