feeling a bit rough at the moment but today has been the only dry day for about a week and the forecast is for floods tomorrow so i needed to get out even if i'm a little below par. It had been gloriously sunny all day and i planned a fairly long ride to make the most of it, but within 1 mile of leaving home big black clouds started to roill in and i didn't want to get caught miles from home so i changed the route to a more circular one and as it was to be shorter made sure there were as many uphills as possible, tough but fun, apart from coming face to face to two horses and their riders on a blind narrow bend, wearing dark sunglasses didn't help either as i didn't see them until last minute, could have been very embarrassing!
