nice gentle recovery ride after yesterdays 8o, yea right! i watched the tour, Tomas Voecklers heroics in the yellow jersey and Jens Voight, in the break, twice on the floor and then a massive pull on the front for his team, how could you fail to be inspired, so the hammer went down and i attacked the few climbs instead of just spinning up. on the last hill i flew up, didn't even notice i was 3/4 of the way up until i reached the final bend! i should do 80 miles more often
