to nice a day not to ride, didn't commute because of my injuredankle but just had to get out in the evening sun, did more off road than the last ride, ankle seemed to cope a lot better this time. so a very positive ride until some bloke on a £50 full suspension "mountain bike" passed and dropped me on the canal towpath, LOL!
