tiptoe through the bluebells

the bluebell season is at it's peak in the woods, carpets of the lovely blue flowers cover the ground. there don't seem to be many of the foreign interlopers this year either and i haven't seen any white ones either. it's amazing how the trails have dried out in the two days since i last pedalled through here, all it needs is a few more dry days (and we're officially not in drought anymore) and it'll be at it's best. Ben and i popped over to the Waseleys using the new route i found the other day. It was very windy on the top of the hill we'd obviously been sheltered on the rest of the ride. Ben practiced wheelie drops on a natural drop off and i took some pictures (my excuse for not attempting it!). We popped into see Matt for a cuppa and a great end to the ride
ride 69
12 miles
total 1228
commute 346.5
