i didn't get to commute to work by bike today and with it being such a lovely evening i popped out for a quicky after getting home. driving home in the car gave no indication of just how windy it was, a horrible headwind nearly all the way round, even when i turned for home and there was a definate chill in the air too, good job i had the foresight to take a gilet with me, my knees were purple when i got home!
