with everyone saving their legs for saturday's ride i went out on my road bike with the intention of doing the local hills at a reasonably fast pace and apart form stopping to get some pictures i did quite well, well enough to be quite tired by the end averaging around 16mph which is good for me, not compared to others i know but i'm just challenging myself really and no other stops, just as well as the weather was moving in and it got progressively darker and i only had a rear light. a good workout in not too cold or warm temperatures with little wind, perfect for cycling.
