still super windy but i took the opportunity to deliver Ian's new brake pads by bike, headwind all the way down to his house was a chore but standing chatting to him whilst the local ladies circuit training club ran laps past us made up for the effort! then back towards home via the canal, with a little bit of wind assistance and the awesome late evening sun on my back. I think i'm definitely going to change the mud tyres for something a little more fast rolling, it may be a horrendous mistake and herald a new flood of biblical proportions but i think it's time.
