yuck, what a day, early snow gave way to sleet which became rain, the sort of rain that's never torrential but seems to get inside any waterproof, completely obliterate any vision through glasses and make things quite grim. frozen hands and feet certainly didn't help either. Still, rides like this make the ones in better weather all the more sweeter and at least I'm still out, so although at the time it all seemed a bit pointless now I'm sat at home writing this basking in the glow of achieving exercise despite the conditions and with the knowledge I can have extra cake after burning more than enough calories!
