urggh! we've had rain for about 4 days out of 5 this week, together with high winds, so I've been avoiding bike commuting to work and even done 2 runs! so when there was a sudden break in the weather and it was only forecast for a couple of hours i was out there in a shot, i could certainly tell i'd not ridden for a week. the Plan was to ride up to Matt's, arrange a ride for tomorrow and continue on, but meeting the Puppy on the way derailed it a bit, then a cup of tea at Matt's, stalled it a bit more to the point i missed my weather window and it started to chuck it down, so i scooted back home before i got a soaking
