wow, what a lovely day it turned out to be, after visiting Matt this morning and then indulging myself watching the F1 British GP and Le Tour "C" and i took the short ride to the pub, it was amazingly hot and humid, quite energy sapping even though it was over a short distance (i also think i was dehydrated from not drinking enough whilsr riding in the wet yesterday) we sat in the sun and drank the best the local brewery has to offer (Mitchells & Butler's Brew XI) and then pedally home again (but the hilly way just for fun)
