taking our chance between showers we met at 19:30 for a night ride only, well it didn't feel right, it was still broad daylight, after a winter of darkness it was weird. in fact, we didn't really need lights to see by until 20:40. the recent high winds had subsided so it was just about perfect and surprisingly dry after all the rain. Ben and Ian played on the jumps that the local kids have built, trying to get "air" my wheels stay firmly on the ground!
