the early bird catches the worm so they say, but the early rider gets a seat in a popular cafe with a great view of Worcestershire!, there followed a bit of follow your nose riding to find a quiet return route. we came across a cyclist who seemed to be having mechanical trouble so i doubled back and asked if she meeded help.her rear mech was over shifting and putting the chain between the cassette and the spokes, not a good situation, i managed to right it for her and showed her how not to accidentally do it again. good deed done we returned to base
