the fickle weather ride

5 minutes before i left the house the sun was making the wet fence steam with it's intensity, 5 minutes after i left the house the rain was biblical, sideways and horrible. I decided to make for home, withing 500 yards the sun came out and the sky was returning to blue, so i turned around and headed back up the hill fully expecting the rain to start in time with my direction change. Thankfully it didn't and i made my way to the Waseleys for a cuppa, conditions were very tough,one minute thick sticky mud hampering traction, the next sloppy freeezing wet mud spraying everywhere. the weather held until i was in the back yard washing my bike, so all in all a result
