riding the NW Alps

played around with the GoPro camera in video mode, this gives a taste of a small part of the local riding in the month of December. It was Matt's first ride since the injections in his hips, not something i fancy at all but it seems to have worked, he was flying and i had to work  hard to stay with him on the climbs. as you can see, conditions were "mixed" but trying to stay upright in the particularly gloopy bits and the slick roots was entertaining
