it's great to run erands by bicycle and i needed a new star nut to fit some forks so i thought i'd give my closest Local Bike Shop (LBS) a chance, i've been in before of course but they never had what i wanted, or carried it but didn't have stock, but i thought i'd give them a try. the guy in the shop took the time to search for the part in the workshop and while he was there i asked about a brake part too and that was found aswell!, so faith in the LBS is restored, the price was very competitive and of course not wait for it to arrive in the post. excellent service and a chat too, try doing that online.
