just a brief pootle with a mid ride cake stop to get the legs moving after yesterdays ride with a mix of off road and on using the terrain to make the ride as unstrenuous as possible but it was still quite rolling, pictured is coffee and walnut and pecan and coconut slice, just what the soigneur ordered!
