heavy showers all night were followed by blue skys and damp trails, there was a choice to namby pamby around the puddles or plow straight through them getting covered in muck, we chose the latter, matt had to bail due to an increasingly sore back so russ and i (on the Fuel Ex he bought off me) carried on and did a wide loop through the NW Alps taking in "cemetry" and parts of the canal, we met another Singletrackworld celebrity "Mr Tall" in the woods, not on his bike though! *shakes head* a great ride seemingly into a constant head wind but non the worse for that
