having commuted 4 days last week i had yesterday off the bike as even though it's only 17 miles a day it was quite tiring, today though i was back on the off road bike, did a tour of the local trails. cold in the shade. lovely in the sun, took flask and food for mid ride snack. very enjoyable loop and the mud wasn't too bad at all.
