i wasn't going to document commute rides with a picture but as this was the first since moving near enough to work to make it viable i thought i would, 40 minute door to door on the way, undulating route but with a few long downhills and of course the opposite on the way home, but i must have been feeling good as it took 45 minutes on the return leg with the downhills reversed :-)
