the promenade from Sandbanks to Southbourne is out of bounds for bikes in July and August between 10am and 6pm, so this ride began at 7.30, it was still busy with people though and some weaving was needed!, very flat ride and easy until....you turn round and head back into the wind, very different story on the way back, ride ended with a glorious sunset, what a fab day
