today has been a mad sporting day..F1 British GP, first mountain stage in the Tour de France and the world cup final, so just fitted a couple of laps of Draycott Water, Mega fly fest, millions of the little black blighters!, i could have made poppy seed bread with the ones i scraped off my body and out of my hair afterwards, lovely still day after the high winds of yesterday, spent the time making "attacks" Tour style on the small hills around the resevoir, great fun!
