took the SS for a spin up The Lickeys, very hard work with one gear, out of the saddle most of the time, disappointedly every trail i rode had had logs put across presumeably by the rangers to discourage riding, some in very awkward places where the unwary could fall and have an accident :-( ths picture isn't one of then though as this is all natural!, just after this i hooked one of the bar ends into a bust and got spat out onto the floor, love the bar ends but have to be careful. past 3 lads on mountain bikes but they wouldn't follow me along monument lane trail and prefered the road for some reason, they missed some great doubletrack *sighs*
