my half day from work coincided with Andy's so we did the castle trail, very warm sunshine and one puncture for Andy (he still owesme a spare tube!). we looped back via the Cape pub and had a couple of pints of "two Locks" their own real ale, maybe not a good idea on an empty stomach and after a hot ride, but we weren't inebriated enough not to realise that riding home along a narrow towpath would probably not be a good idea!
