last minute change of plan

 The guys at bache brothers cycles have a Cotic Solaris test bike that they said i could have a look at. Fully expecting a car park ride at their shop I was surprised when they asked if i wanted to take it home and "bring it back when you've had enough" so, details left i packed it into the car and could use it on the wednesday night ride!
After 8 months on a fat bike and only using a rigid fork in all that time it was a steep learning curve to be suddenly on thing tyres and 120mm of front end travel.
We stayed in the Lickeys, which were quite soaked after the recent heavy rain but this did mean lots of sketch descents and corner drifting!
