wowza what a difference a day makes, -4 yesterday and +5 degrees today, still lots of snow and ice about and lots of standing water where it was thawing. seemed to be lots of idiots about two, stopping in the middle of the road, reversing around blind corners, speeding down lanes only just wide enough for one car let alone a cyclist too, had a couple of hairy moments and dished out quite a few "looks" and shake of the head, made me feel better but i expect they didn't even notice. above all though the main highlight of the ride was that i could still feel my feet at the end of it! long may it continue

2 pairs of socks? What are the outer ones?
Inners are merino wool and the outers are Assos wind block "over socks"
