despite the high wind we met at the top of the hill for some woodsy fun, the wind had dried the mud and the conditions weren't too bad, unfortunately it was to turn out to be one of "those" rides, Matt's knee lasted about 20 minutes until it exploded, i fell off a bridge into a ditch and although i felt ok at the time i've woeken up with nasty bit of sciatica and am shuffling round like a pensioner. Matt insisted Ian and i carried on so we did Bono and i showed him the new downhill that i was shown over the new year holiday, Ian seemed to think it was worth the push up, my bacl began to twinge as i put the bike away, i can only hope for a quick recovery
