the Matt tries a 29er ride

feeling really under the weather today so didn't commute to work to save some legs for the evening ride, met Boz at the crossroads and rode up the hill to matt's, euuuurgh, didn't feel good at the top, but managed to recover a bit whilst waiting for Stu to turn up, we then tried to persuade Matt to try a 29er, as seen above he's not convinced!, out of the 4 riders only Matt is on 26" wheels but it doesn't slow him down! we rode "straight from the door", the "long shortcut", "back passage" and "split Penis" and a trail yet to be named as none of us had ever ridden it (or could remember doing so) before, it was good though, some tricky downhill bits trough trees made concentration a must, made more difficult with the failing light. all in all a great ride in the balmy temperatures, trails still very dry and dusty.
