lovely sunny afternoon after heavy over night rain, light breeze too made for a very pleasant ride. wasn't intending to do this route at all, but when i got to a cross roads i just turned left and thought "why not" ended up recognising part of the route that i used to do back in the 1990's when i lived in the area before so i had a small idea where i was going, so just followed my nose and the signs and managed a lovely country loop. quiet lane was as described when i stopped to take the photo, no traffic noise, no wind, just birdsong and sunshine, absolute bliss!....which i then shattered with a free wheeling Hope Pro 3 hub!
