after the hills of yesterday decided to just do a nice rolling recovery ride around 8 miles or so just to work out the aches in the legs.....of course this plan fell by the wayside and i ended up doing 19 over more lumpy terrain and the ride completely on the road plan also went as i did a few off road sections too, a bit of a challenge with the very worn summer tyres on the Swift!
