nutritional warning!
1 x bacon and sausage bagette at 10am will not fuel a ride at 3pm, still not replacing my cake and biscuits etc with anything resembling energy food with any lasting stamina value, hence crappy legs for the last couple of miles, still enjoyable ride, dusty trails are definately over as you can see from the down tube though
