started in the dark, finished in even darker! Stu maiden night ride too, i think he liked it describing how different the trails he's used to in daylight are in the dark, turning the lights off to see how dark it really is probably wasn't a good idea :-)
great warm night for a ride, but kinda looking forward to crisp frosty clear nights too

gulp, that time already! not to worry, i think i prefer my local rides in the dark, like you say, they're totally different in the dark.
