I decided to replace the suspension forks on the HT for a set of steel rigids, usually a straight forward task but when remounting the brake caliper the pads were very close to the disc (even though it was an identical one) so using a piston press tol i pushed them back...and... the lever pulled to the bar and was next to useless! Bugger! a txt to matt and i was soon on my way, thankfully uphill, so no braking issues to his garage for a brake bleeding master class. thankfully a bleed was all it needed and it wasn't a fault. I left Matt's and did a short ride to test the brakes out chucking in a danger panda pic to celebrate!
ride 35
9 miles
total 602
